If you want your building to have a longer warranty period than the current legal framework prescribes, we can construct your building under the GoodSpace Warrant Plus contract. Building warranties provided in accordance with the Indian Building Code are shorter than those provided by manufacturers of cars, electrical appliances and other consumer goods, and yet, buildings are the highest value item on a company’s balance sheet
Warrant Plus
The GoodSpace Warrant PLUS contract provides a comprehensive five year warranty for your building. The warranty covers flooring, doors, roofs, MEP services etc. as part of a package of services ranging from the implementation of the project to the maintenance of the building over the same time period.
