Sales & Lease Back
The operator is responsible for the promotion of the building but their objective is to sell the property to an investor and commit to occupying it for a set period of time. GoodSpace develops the work and advises the operator using development management and looks for an investor to take on the operation.
Forward Funding
With the operator as the tenant, the investor finances the promotion and GoodSpace acts as the development manager for the building purchased by the investor once it is completed and operational.
