If your project is led by an Architect, Engineering or Project Management firm, GoodSpace will proceed to implement the project using two contractual approaches:
1. Open
Contract under which the work will be carried out in accordance with the information and guidelines provided by the project management and the owner
2. Fixed Price
GoodSpace will carry out a review of the client’s executive project and incorporate standard solutions allowing for price and time improvements in order to fix the final project budget.
