GoodSpace was founded with the stellar experience of a group of professionals with over 25 years’ core experience in industrial & logistics building infrastructure construction, and has the backing of two major partners from the industrial and logistics sectors.
Since its creation it has undertaken unique building projects in the logistics, industrial and business sectors, acting in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations and with integrity, to ensure the highest levels of ethics and quality.
By developing this Code of Ethics GoodSpace seeks to guarantee this integrity and conduct, and extend its business philosophy to both its workforce and stakeholders using the following strategy formulation

In all cases, the Code of Ethics defines the expected behaviour of employees in regard to ethical issues, those relating to the organisation’s commitments in that area or in regard to applicable regulations.
GoodSpace applies a “zero” tolerance approach to malpractice in ethics and integrity and expects its employees to demonstrate a standard of conduct in accordance with the principles of this Code and its governing standards.
In order to evaluate the level of compliance of GoodSpace employees with annual objectives, their level of commitment to the provisions of this Code will be evaluated.
Day-to-day management of its clients is based on transparency, live data collaboration and respecting information confidentiality.
Suppliers and Sub-Contracting Partners
One key requirement GoodSpace expects its suppliers and Sub-Contracting Partners to meet is the demonstration by suppliers of a commitment to conduct aligned with that expressed in this Code of Ethics. In particular they must respect the confidentiality of information, and comply with legislation governing the sector.
