Turnkey – Fixed Price
This GoodSpace contract covers all services from project feasibility studies and reporting, survey, geotechnical investigation to the development of the engineering and procurement as well as the final construction of the planned building. Project management is also included as is the management of legal statutory and administrative procedures, making the management of the whole construction process easier.
